CREAPURE® is Represented at the Arnold Fitness Expo
Press Release - March 20, 2010
AlzChem LLC, a subsidiary of the German company Degussa, and the company behind Creapure® creatine monohydrate, that NutraSense carries, was featured at the 2009 Arnold Fitness Expo. Creapure® is also the official sponsor of the Creatine in Health and Sport 2010 Conference in Cambridge, UK in July 2010.

Since its introduction to the sports supplement industry back in the mid 90s, Creapure® has long been considered the gold-standard in quality when it comes to creatine monohydrate. Although many different types of creatine have been flooding the market more recently (including creatine ethyl ester, creatine gluconate, creatine decanoate, creatine alpha-ketoglutarate, and buffered creatine to name a few) not one study has shown any of these forms of creatine to be more effective than creatine monohydrate. Since creatine monohydrate remains the most scientifically proven form of creatine, Creapure® continues to forge ahead and is focused on regaining market share in the U.S. With its patent-protected production process to ensure quality and purity, Creapure® will likely remain a leader in the creatine business for some time.

The NutraSense Company is proud to carry the Creapure® brand of creatine monohydrate, we’ve trade marked as Createam™. This product is produced under strict GMP conditions in a manufacturing facility in Trostberg, Germany. The specification of Creapure® is subject to strict requirements and is tested for impurities using high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). Creapure® has such an impressive quality and purity profile that it has been recommended by European Food and Safety Authority.

Orally administered creatine is absorbed by the intestines and then goes into the bloodstream. Creatine is present in every human cell and functions as an energy storehouse used by all muscles, the brain and nerve cells included. Supplementing with Createam™ may provide these advantages:

Sports & Fitness - Greater concentrations of creatine in muscle improves performance, endurance, and recovery during rehabilitation.

Mental Fitness - Creatine improves the supply of oxygen to the brain and studies show that deficiencies can lead to serious physical and mental underdevelopment.

Nutrition - Creatine is naturally found only in meat and fish. Vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike can enhance athletic performance by taking creatine.

Staying Healthy as we age - As we age, muscle mass and physical performance decreases. The total loss of power over the course of an adult’s lifetime is normally 30–40%. On average, the reduction in muscle mass between the ages of 25 and 65 is around 25–35%.

Bone Health - Creatine is directly involved in supplying ATP and it is therefore also responsible for providing energy to bone cells, as well as for their performance and survivability. The body makes half of the creatine it needs itself and the other half needs to come from the diet.
