I am 52. I have been have bilateral hip pain, inability to sleep on my side. I have been taking this product for approximately 3 weeks. The hip pain is gone. I also have knee problems. I have taken glucosamine on and off since my ACL repair. I plan on taking it forever now. No breaks in therapy! It does make a difference.

Since I keep a kosher home, I cannot use any powdered supplements unless they carry a recognized kosher certification. I have been looking for such a creatine product for over a year.
