Supplements:

1. Un-opened, unused, new products can be returned within 30 days of order date for refund or exchange.
   
2. For returns or exchanges please email and obtain a "Return Authorization" and return instructions PRIOR to returning or exchanging merchandise. Otherwise credit will not be issued and merchandise may not be exchanged.
   
3. The shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking/processing fee (minimum $12) will be charged for refunds. No re-stocking fee will be charged for exchanges.
   
4. Purchases beyond 30 days are not returnable or refundable.
